It's not a 100 Million dollar fight, Canelo-Cotto was barely a 40 million dollar fight

Where did you get what they made after all the numbers were in.


If it's not even a 40 million fight then they should take the 60/40 or 70/30 and ggg may get even less.

Canelo is not making no 60 mil with GGG. People are too ****** to realize that this fight,after HBO and the cable providers takes their cut will leave around 50 million dollars. That's 50 mil to pay all the fighters and for GB to recoup the expenses for promoting the fight. This is based on the fight doing a million buys at $70 and and extra 30 mil in sponsors and gate revenue. So tell me again how Canelo is making 60 million and GGG 40 million?

the offer isn't fair,but it that's the offer it is up to golovkin,,I mean when will he make 10-15 million in one fight? probably never,and he's about to turn 35 so as bad as that offer is I would take it,he's not making that againt Jacobs and canelo wont make that against chavez but the way he gets paid he can make that amount against his next three opponents and they can be easy fights and he still gets paid good,,,i would take the fight,make good money but from then on golovkin will be making a lot more,he should look at it that way because there is no other way and it seems they will not budge on their offer,

This fight could very well be the most hyped fight since Mayweather v Manny.

It won't do four, but 1.5 or more isn't crazy. Everyone who bought Canelo v Cotto will get this. I can easily see another 500k.

And if media hypes it like we think they will, as an old schoo, war between two warriors, who knows.

Both both are international stars, and 8% of the manny/Floyd money came from tv rights all over the world.

GGG/K2 are not going to miss out on a huge payday just to make what he can make fighting one year on regular fights.

All these dumb **** think K2 has no leverage were the same ones who said no one would care Canelo vacated.

No one knows for sure how much it really is. This fight wil, be hyped to hell, with anything from 1m to 2m viewers.

Canelo cant make 60million without GGG. 60 % To 40 % make it happen.

Canelo can make $60 million in 2-3 fights. Ggg would have to do 8-10 fights to make $40 million. It's not like ggg opponents are making what Canelo is offering him. Age is not on his side and neither are the ppv numbers.
