ggg will be lucky to reach 200k, so keep dreaming, canelo sold more than 500k vs khan and cotto... and just wait for the chavez fight numbers ...Comment

Even if he rejects flat fee for now, this fight will always be there to make. Also, keep in mind that Canelo is more likely to lose to a top opponent at 160 (or even to Charlo or Andrade at 154) and spoil a chance to make a megamoney event with GGG.Comment

When the offer came back as 10 they hesitated and wanted it kept quiet so that the rumors of Canelo being scared wouldn't be dispelled. When Oscar spilled the beans ggg's camp was angry and stated "We thought these were gonna be private negotiations"
Why won't ggg just go take his belts for 10mil and then bully Canelo at the rematch table ?Comment

Lots of figures bandied about for Khan. Cotto was the A side, that's why Canelo concedes 55% in upside. I'll give you Chavez but GGG would do more than half of Canelos number with him. That you have to resort to a future fight with Jr to show Canelo can carry 500k+, that tells the whole storyComment

What embarrassment?
The poll isn't going to make any difference.
Paulie is getting in.
Period.
Read this if you care to.

You suggested that nonsense.
You make it.
It won't mean a hill of beans either way it comes out.
There are already a grip of guys without a fraction of Paulie's popularity in Canastota already.
And, Paulie is now a colleague of a lot of the guys with votes, or did you forget he is behind the mike now?
They will vote him in.Comment

U can't say GB is stalling when a viable offer is on the table. Let's not forget that GGG's team stated themselves that they thought GB would try to price themselves out the fight by offering ggg 1 or 2 million.

You might have a point considering a rematch negotiation might be in Golovkin's favor. I think Golovkin's age is a double edged sword if you will. On the one hand Golovkin seeing this as his biggest payday wants the fight sooner than later and doesn't want to get stiffed by GB. Team Canelo wants to wait until Golovkin ages a bit to soften him up for their rising star. It's really a business decision on both of their parts. Hopefully they'll work it out and we'll see a great fight someday.Comment
