I Have To Admit, Seeing Calzaghe Against Brewer, Mitchell And Lacy (only Calzaghe Fights Ive Seen) On Showtime, On That Evidence He Would Give Any Rjj A Very Difficult Fight Indeed.....

      Its simple.
Jones didnt want to leave the united states and Benn and Eubank didnt want to leave the UK.

      DONE AND DONE.

Jones Jr said at one point that he wasn't right mentally to face Benn. He admitted that Eubank was the one fighter he feared, and avoided him. Collins probably demanded too much money, Jones Jr would of toyed with Collins anyway and stopped him on cuts if anything. Calzaghe was too big a risk for too little money.

Bull****. Benn was desperate to fight Toney and then Jones Jr, and he wouldn't of fought them unless it was in the US. He would of absolutely loved to of gone over there and fought them. Remember Benn very almost went to the US in 1988 to stay fighting over there for the rest of his career.

And admittedly Jones Jr was more than willing to fight Eubank in the UK, but Eubank kept turning him down because it wasn't worth his while (Jones Jr wasn't a big enough name in the early 90's, Eubank wouldn't of got paid enough and that's all he was in boxing for - money).

please, dont listen to anything this raving nutcase posts. he has contridicted himself so many times its unreal.

benn said he couldnt beat roy, and ill post the quote again to prove it.

Roy didnt fear eubank, and never said he feared eubank, because roy would never say such things.
Eubank said he wasnt going to go out of his was to fight RJJ.

Jones should have at least tried to avenge his buddy McClellan. That's what friends in boxing do for one another.

I don't think that is true.

Roy Jones Jr never wanted to fight outside of USA, as he was robbed of Gold at the olympics in South Korea, so felt he would only get fair decisions in the US.
