I think Pacquiao is still more than a handful for any 147 pounder in the world.

But if he refuses to fight the best then he deserves to drop in the rankings.

Make no mistake, Pacquiao gives anyone all they can handle, the dude is still a hell of a fighter but he's not the monster he used to be.

I just can't imagine him beating those 2 dudes, I think he beats everyone else in the division including Garcia, Thurman, etc etc.

He can't beat Crawford imho, Bud is a beast.

Manny proved where he's at when he declined Crawford with a view to Horn.The best welterweight must come out of a unification from Brook v Spence / Thurman v Garcia no doubt.
Porter and Bradley should fight with the winner to face the above champion.......can be no arguments there.

Hearn has been saying this for years without actually proving it. This is the most frustrating thing about Brook career. His body of work at 147 is terrible.

You would have thought Spence was their first choice the way Johnny nelson was talking on skysport. Kudos for not dropping the belt but they were backed into a corner and the only way to turn was spence at the end of the day.
