povetkin popping AGAIN didn't help his chances. and i'm not saying this is fair, but being russian and an athlete in 2017 basically starts you off with two strikes. the russian state was well involved with a huge doping scandal at the international level. you can't trust the russian state in regards to doping or establishing athletic commissions.
The Russian Olympics squad was a joke, multiple athletes got banned, the whole country should of to be honest. I think certain members of the committee got a lot of pressure from *****s lackys and they caved in and let most of it slide. The best one was there Paralympics squad where like 70% of all disabled athletes where on steroids lol.

Nowhere does it say Wilder won 5 million. Just sas he won the case but doesn't say how much he was rewarded or what he was rewarded.
