What has Dawson got left to offer other than being knocked out to build Fonfara up to face Badou Jack ? Jack will then go on and face Stevenson whilst he continues to duck and dodge unifying against the pound for pound no.1 Andre Ward, damn I slipped out of character then, GGG is really no.1 and Andre Ward is scurred.

ward is a beast and chad was coming down in weight to fight him, stevenson hits like a mule kicks and just caught him cold. neither of those losses means he cant get back in the mix.

and he clearly beat karpency, with one arm at that.

this is a good fight, whoever wins is back in the mix. smith, williams jr, alvarez, bute, pascal, beterbiev, barrera.. there are lots of good fights to be made next that could lead to a bigger one and so on..
That's the same thing I told his dumb ass.

Chad could definitely outbox Fonfora for 10 rounds... Bad comeback fight for the Polish prince!

Dawson could beat prime Michael Moorer at 175, he still wouldn't be back in the mix.

Well, if he beat prime Michael Moorer at 175, he would probably be back in the mix... but you get the point. He's looked so done, for so long, that one win against a former contender who just got knocked out is not going to make me a believer. Go do something that makes me think you're better than you've ever been and you actually have a chance against Stevenson or Kovalev or Ward... then you're back in the mix.

But beating Fonfara would be a great first step and a half!

I don't see Dawson winning this, I could be wrong. Chad has seemed listless since the Ward fight. I had the Karpency fight close and I understand he was hurt but he just looked flat. I think Fonfara lumbers his way to a clubbing, cumbersome stoppage around the middle of the fight.

Many ifs for the 2 of them... not a toss-up but I have to go with Fonfara... Dawson would have to fight the almost perfect fight and I don't think he can do that...

Good fight here. Dawson wins if he's in shape.
