What happened was when Floyd retired they saw hope. So every time an American fighter begins to generate buzz they want to shoot him down as quickly as possible because of the nightmares Floyd's dominance gave them over the past 15 years. A certain group of fans are just insecure.

I'm not against Wilder or Spence. I'm neutral and I think they are good and they should be given the opportunities to fight the best. So I won't repeat the same behavior that the brothas haters had with Golovkin.

This has been discussed. He was cleared because Meldonium is stored on fat and goes to the blood stream once you burn fat, which can give a negative and then a positive result. But yeah I agree Povetkin ****ed things up, but a little Meldinium (the amount found was close to zero) does nothing and he could have fought anyway and beat him.

Still, I won't hate on Wilder because of that. But it's truth that being american and having support from americans, it's not good that he only has one top10 opponent. He should fight some decent opponent this year, not fat guys all the time.

We need to remember that Pedvetkin was subsequently found to be taking Ostarine, more or less an anobolic steroid. Pedvetkin has been juiced to the gills since Wlad and Wilder never should have fought him..
