Most sports fans and especially boxing fans treat unknowns in the negative. Like if someone has not done something previously most will then say they are incapable of said feat. It is an easy way to look at things all be it a lazy one, but generally speaking there is some truth to it because most guys are not going to be capable of big things.

Lots of people don't want to look deeper into it because they will be right most of the time just going off that rather than sticking their neck out on a 10% chance (or less).

Wilder has never been highly thought of here, it is what makes it fun to be a fan of his because I have got to laugh at people for years who never thought he would get to the top of the sport. Now he will eventually reach his limit and will get stopped so his detractors will get a good laugh too but that really changes nothing because no one ever thought Wilder would be some unbeatable force the best anyone thought he could be was a legitimate guy in his division.

Spence has been more highly thought of because people do actually think he can be the goods. There are those skeptical of him because he has been hyped as the next best thing and they don't see the total package required to reach that level. Spence has a much harder pull to reach that level because very few guys are ever going to reach that sort of level. So even if he is the better fighter of the two his chances are probably worse for success because he has to reach an insanely lofty level to meet his expectations.

I think Duhaupus would give him a real stiff challenge, an in shape prepared version not the guy who was fighting in running shoes on a days notice.

I think Stiverne would have his ways also a much better boxer.

Whyte is not good at all.

I disagree! While Whyte is not great and nobody saying his is, I'm simply saying he stacks up with ANYBODY Wilder has beat and he might actually be better than most of them which yeah it is not saying much. How **** has Wilder Competition been? Well people are excited about him fighting Gerald Washington that tells you how **** his resume is!

l'il suspenders is pushing 30 with the resume of a 26 yo prospect, but he turned down Brook's offer and forced a purse bid. SMH.

The ostarine case was real. No excuses there, he cheated. But it was more like 8 months after that, not the next month.

Now... Wlad and AJ are clean right?............
