He's had issues in the past, sure. But this is also the man who moved up to fight the most feared man in boxing. I think he deserves the benefit of doubt until he actually does something worth criticising

They used to say that about Antonio Margarito....now look at him.

Spence will knock Brook cold....he won't have a chance to quit or get a towel thrown in.

You'll soon see why he chose GGG over Spence

Everyone is on here saying to hell with the 75/25 split but at the same time we don't know what the offers were. The offers could be trash for all we know and maybe Haymon is going to bid higher than what people think at the purse bid.

Week away from the date so we shall see how the Bidding goes. Haymon will likely go ALL IN for the BID to get this in America is what I'm Assuming
I see statements like this every time a Haymon fighter has a bid coming up. And its usually all fizz and no gin.

Just for giggles, whats the last bid Haymon actually WON??

Spence is afraid to leave the USA.

He knows he will need to rely on corrupt officials if he fights someone good like Brook.

Lol! funny comment of the day, I really doubt Spence would give problems or go the distance with GGG, we all know the fight with GGG was a lucrative one for Brook, still he did what other fighters didn't want to do, even having the same offer, saying that and saying that Brook took punches from the hardest hitting boxer in the MW division, doubt that Spence punches will cause the same effect, Spence is a hard hitter, just not as GGG due to obvious reasons (weight), Spence is a great fighter to say the less, but he will have a great fighter in front of him with Brook, and it will be a competitive one, I just hope it gets done, we will see what each of them is made of. I'm slightly inclined to Brook due to his boxing skills.

Wheels are in motion now. Both sides have nowhere else to go but make the fight happen.

Only things fans have to speculate about are the date and venue.

Not at all. I`m a Wilder Thurman and Jacobs fan. Not a fan of Povetkin and GGG.

Should be 60-40 split. Spence should take the opportunity, a win over Brock would set up very nice future elite fights for him.

Calm Down no need to soil your panties! Just assuming like everybody else on this forum what is going on. Likely just waiting for the BID but I don't think it even matters who wins the bid and where the fight is done just as long as it gets done!

                    • The split should even matter at this stage, this is a mandatory fight. Worse comes to worse they go to a purse bid, nothing new in that but you can guarantee that Hearn would have to win that bid, I doubt they are confident enough to let this fight happen in America. To continue milking that belt they need that here in the U.K. and I doubt Brook would be happy to fight Spence as the champion in America.
