He's like the Godfather of PEDs in the US.
He hooked up with Conte around 2000. Conte used to run one of those health shops that sells all sorts of bull**** alternative medicines. Conte had built up a good client list of athletes and he was looking for someone who could make undetectable PEDs.
After Balco he did three months in one of those country club prisons for millonaires. Think Conte did something similar. Morgantown was the one they sent Arnold to.

However, a patient by the name of "Evan Fields" caught investigators' attention. "Fields" shares the same birth date as Holyfield—October 19, 1962. The listed address for "Fields" was 794 Evander, Fairfield, Ga. 30213. Holyfield has a very similar address. When the phone number that, according to the documents, was associated with the "Fields" prescription, was dialed

Salido is another one. I doubt he just used once in 2006 and then stayed clean ever since.
And it's another one where even supposedly unbiased sources publish BS info, which is what leads to fans believing nonsense and falling for lame excuses. From boxrec
Salido tested positive for the steroid nandrolone after the fight. However, Salido had a follow-up blood test the day after at LabCorp, a nationally recognized blood lab, and the findings were negative of any steroids. It's important to clarify that the substance nandrolone naturally appears in the human body when it is subjected to demanding workouts. Until today it's unknown, why Salido didn't get back the belt after the 2nd. test came negative.

The last part of that paragraph is brilliant too:
When the phone number that, according to the documents, was associated with the "Fields" prescription was dialed, Holyfield answered.

Unbelievable stuff. As bad as anything Texas did with Chavez Jr.
