If you're talking about Eubank Jnr there, then, with respect, you are talking garbage.

Jnr is bigger and stronger than Brook, and does a lot of flashy prancing around and showboating when he is in with domestic level opponents - which he almost always is - but his offensive techniques, balance, skill, and timing are nowhere near Brook's level.

Jnr has limited amateur experience, and has fought only one world class opponent - BJS.
