At world level, no boxer should be beaten mentally before they step into the ring. Boxing is a sport of optimism and hope, no matter how tough a fight gets? there is always a chance you can turn things around. I don't really think many fighters have been beaten mentally before they step inside of a ring with Golovkin, i just think talent wise? the division is poor. There are allot of middle-weight boxers who are good all round fighters, allot of fighters who are jack of all trades but masters of none! but in comparison Golovkin is a master of punching power and offensive pressure!
Danny Jacobs as a fighter is not master of anything! he does not possess any great attributes. And this is why it will be very difficult for him to pull off the correct game plan to win the fight.
The only other fighter in the division who possesses at-least one other great attribute as a fighter is? Chris Eubank Junior, and those attributes are his athleticism, hand speed and work-rate! but i fear that his limited punching power, may make things very difficult up against Golovkin unless he improves this area of his game.
