I am neither a nutritionist or a boxing trainer but IF Chavez Jnr's body can function healthily at 164.5, I guarantee that I could get him there in 4 months

Using a completely legal high protein diet, I stripped off 11 kgs in 7 weeks and in the process improved my PB in a 10k run by nearly 4 minutes
