When you pay a sanctioning fee to fight for the WBC belt, win it and are ordered to defend it, its most definitely the WBC's right to stick their nose in it. I don't know how vacating favored him, he's been rightfully crucified for doing so. In either case, I still don't believe for 1 second that Canelo will ever fight GGG no matter what the circumstance is. At this point it's irrelevant, he doesn't hold a belt at 160. BJ Saunders is the last tadpole in the pond. Jacobs is not the WBA super champion so his next fight proves nothing other than he gets to man up after being cuddled by Al Haymon.

you dont need to be a genious to understand that ggg wasnt going to fight for less than that, he was guaranteed a 45 % back then on a purse bid, canelo didnt have full control of negotiations back then with the wbc sticking his nose on everything, that all changed in favor of canelo after he vacated...
