Now why would you go and spoil it, I like when posters just make up b.s. like the one you replied to.Comment

I've never seen such a surprised look on someones face when the decision was read out.
Ward didn't even believe he won that fight and the more he talks, the more it sounds like he's trying to justify the gift he got. There's no way on earth Ward won the majority of those rounds.

And this is how you hype up a fight! At some point, I think Ward acknowledged that he's easier to dislike by the masses than to like. I think he's embracing that a little bit to hype the fight. The rematch will be on PPV and it only helps his bottom line if more people tune in whether it's to support him or support Krusher because they hate him... Has negotiations for the rematch officially started yet though?Comment

They scored it 7 rounds to 5 in favour of Ward which would usually make it 115-113, but add the knockdown and it becomes 114-113, which all the judges had.
Two of the judges had Ward winning every round from the last 6 rounds, which is nonsense.Comment

I actually lip read a conversation between Ward and Kovalev when they were clinching during the final round. Ward said, ''Ain't gonna be no rematch'' and Kovalev replied, ''Don't want one".Comment

I mean consensus is kov lost at least 5 of the last 7 rounds. That's unexpected. I feel him and I feel like in his way he's mayweathering you clowns. Saying things to rile up fan bases to see him get beat down. Hatred pays better than love and respect.Comment

Son Of Gift. Ha!!!!!!!!!
Serious note, I was rooting for Ward and I had him losing a close fight. When the score cards were read I swore to myself that they were all in favor of Kovalev.
I think I'll root for Kovalev in the rematch. Ward is getting on my nerves. He acts like he put on some masterclass. He barely survived.Comment

Ward is probably just getting back at Kovalev for his comment of overestimating Ward and insinuating he (Kova) might've over trained, hence why he gassed at the end.
As long as Ward honors the rematch I'm fine with him. I personally thought Kovalev deserved the win and keep his titles by winning 6 rds and having an extra point with the knockdown.Comment
