Well Lara did want the fight with Gennad it was team GGG that wanted to negotiate with the likes of Eubank Jr. It worked out as a good "business" move that they landed low risk high reward Brook instead of the less heralded bum Eubank Jr. Now yes both guys have a fight signed but this is Decubas making the noise. Can't blame Lara that Triple G didn't duck Jacobs. I think everyone was shocked when Golovkin actually decided to take a guy on with a pulse. An Andrade is the kind of guy that would make for a good fight after this Foreman tune up. Kinda hard to get Andrade in the ring though. He's pulled out of a scheduled bout with Jermall Charlo already in the past. Lara and Andrade would be one hell of a fight if they can get it though. Golovkin isn't trying to face someone as slick as Lara. He had to take on a C level green Monroe to act like he was fighting a "slick boxer".

Canelo could also have made similar excuses whenever Lara's name was mentioned..... but he didn't.

There is zero mention in the media of any offers or attempts by Lara and his representatives to K2 about a possible fight.

Lara nor his manager have not once stated that they sent offers or tried to contact K2 about a possible GGG fight in the last 2-3 years. Tom Loeffler has also publicly stated that Lara's representatives have not contacted him.

Lara went straight up to Canelo at postfight news conference and challenged him in person--- Why has he not done the same to GGG, since he wants 'to fight him so 'bad'? Why only keep claiming that he would fight GGG only on social media?

Its always "We'll fight him blah blah"...But they never back up their words with action.

They key word here is "mega." They think it'd be a mega fight and already said they'd want to be paid big money.

Easy, Lara has publically said he wants paid. He says GGG needs him.

The guys K2 has successfully negotiated with we're either mandatories or took a reasonable purse.

Sanchez and Loeffler have said Lara nor his team has ever reached out.

If Lara really wants the fight, why not call K2? With K2 saying last year Lara hasn't, would it make sense for Lara to actually call by now, I mean he really wants it doe.

Why should K2 call a team who already thinks they need them, only too give them a sense of more worth?

K2 oviously have plans right now, Jacobs then Canelo. If Lara called and said hey we will take a reasonable purse, then I'll say K2 should look into it.

Man, will these freaking clowns EVER stop yapping as soon as GGG has a fight signed? They never talk when he is available, nor have they attempted to show GGG and his team that they want the fight by moving up to 160 like they said they would. They want nothing to do with GGG, just using his name.

That is not true, you all have selective memory and Lara is been mentioning ggg for about 3 years now, ggg trainer has been on record saying he doesn't want his fighter against Lara, it is about risk and money, first they don't want to pay Lara and second they don't want the risk, ggg could lose and even in wining he could look really bad, stop with this nonsense,
