Since when does the WBC prez tell you what Wilder says on the blogs? Never mind, if you're too ignorant to read the same posts we all see all over the boxing sites... there's no hope for you. Classic Wilderiot fanboy. But fact is you DO know what he says, you just won't admit it.

If Wilder knocks this guy out in one round it only highlights what a mismatch this was. If Wawrzyk takes Wilder more than three rounds it highlights how ***** Wilder is. Very narrow window in which to go to work.

One question to the "tune up" guys.

If this is meant to be a tune up what exactly is Wilder supposed to test out here? Wawrzyk is so fragile he could go down from anything that lands, so Wilder gets at best a couple of rounds to test out his right arm before the fight is over. Why not pick a more durable opponent of a similar threat level instead? Kauffman was available. Rudenko was available too. No real danger in Wilder losing and he gets to notch up a few rounds in the process, maybe try out a few new things. No chance of that happening with Wawrzyk.

Still at it ha? you mention Kauffman whos ranked far below Wawrzyk and Monsour and Breazele are coming off KO losses...yet Wawrzyk coming off multiple wins off KO's was never out cold despite facing a juiced up Pedvetkin...its apparent you go to any lengths to degrade Wilder even coming off injury.

That didn't answer my question in the slightest.

A tune up isn't about rankings or resume, it's about picking an opponent who can help you get back into top form. So how is a fragile guy like Wawrzyk going to help Wilder test out his injured arm when he'll likely go down after the first concerted attack, probably sometime in the early rounds? What practical function does he serve?
