sorry, but mitchell wasnt in the same league as collazo in terms of skill. Hatton would roll over Mitchell and I'd give him a fighting chance vs Judah, although a prepared judah would **** hatton up imo
Your dead wrong. Floyd has picked tougher opposition in his first fights at new weight than Hatton.

Floyd's first fight at lightweight was versus Jose Luis Castillo, I think he is better than Collazo.

Floyds first fight at jrWW was against Demarcus Corley who only had 2 losses at the time and had given Zab a good fight.

His fight against Mitchell was a bit softer but remember by this time he is already coming up 17lbs from his original weight.

Mitchell would of beaten Hatton if he fought him on Saturday night. No question.

what he did at lightweight and jr welter is irrelevant to the discussion, we're discussing both guys' move to welter to face natural welters and their opponent selections, please, don't tell me you think the mitchell floyd beat is tougher than collazo

No what I'm showing you is a history of a fighter and not just one fight....which is what all you Hatton fans seem to want everyone to do. It showed that PBF is not adverse to facing top competition when he is moving up in weight.

Mitchell was a hell of a fighter also and at the time was still a dangerous fighter in the division.

                I don't know about that.

I think it's the other way around, Mitchell is the more skilled fighter.

mitchell is not as mentally tough as collazo, he would have folded under the pressure. sometimes skill only takes you so far, that's why he can;'t beat kostya

But assuming that mitchell had to deal with the same punches collazo did, which we obviously will never know if he would be, id say he could hang in there because collazo rarley got caught flush with really good shots. Also, if mitchell boxed, he could have been succesful, but if he brawled it would be a differnt story.
Theres really no way to tell.
