        There more to that story.

It wasn't about Lil g and the money was fine.

What Jr. didn't want to do was sign an extension, which was presented as a package deal by Arum. In other words he agrees to the extension or no 7 million.

Yeah that offer ended up being $2 million with GGG's $1million per/lb penalty. Chavez probably would of ended up owing after that fight.

Must be over the money, because otherwise, how can Jr not take this fight with the weight advantage? Canelo will win, but it'll be an awesome one to watch.

They probably have a 135lbs fighter waiting to fight Canelo somewhere and they will claim Chavez refused the fight.
I heard GBP wants Donaire or Rigo next...

Butthurt, clueless and can't read. It doesn't say GGG made the offer. Chavez was indeed guaranteed minimum 12m to face GGG + one extra fight by Arum in 2014

Oscar is a serious cheapskate when it comes to offering fighters what they are worth.
Obviously you have reading comprehension problems the article clearly states 5M plus an upside PPV. Reread the article and you'll see.
