Since Povetkin got caught on PEDs...

When Wilder gonna forced to fight someone good?

Endless voluntary defences against unknow bums like Wawrzyk etc.

For example: Joshua - Klitschko winner must face Luis 'King Kong' Ortiz next, but what about Wilder?

There is no will on Wilder's part to fight anyone of note and there is no will on the WBCs part to force him to do so.

He was forced to fight Stiverne, he won. He was forced to fight Povetkin. We know how that turned out. He was going to be forced to fight the Stiverne-Povetkin winner. We know how that turned out.

How many good Heavyweights are there? Think he'll be fighting the winner of Stiverne/Whyte next. Parker wants to cash out his belt to the Klitschko/Joshua winner. Haye only wants to fight Joshua. Ortiz mandatory to one belt, Pulev the other. Aint much left that would satisfy people

I honestly wouldn't mind seeing him in there vs Andy Ruiz... He proved he can hang with a good opponent. Give him another shot instead of some bum nobody outside of a polish neighborhood in Chicago has heard of.

Wilder should be ashamed of himself.

He was willing to fight Stiverne when it was the easiest path to a belt and Povetkin when forced by the WBC so he deserves credit for that but whenever he's been free to pick an opponent he always picks a complete no hoper, his fans make excuses for it and then when he knocks them out they say it proves how great his power is.

Wilder usually defends his title against guys Boxrec ranks about 25th to 45th in the world. I don't remember Wlad ever defending his titles against anybody not ranked solidly in the top 10 by everyone. So far Wilder has yet to defend against a worthy opponent as you say. I have never thought of him as the real heavyweight champ. Fury was the true champion but he wouldn't defend the title. The A.J. vs Wlad winner will be who I consider the real heavyweight champion. I think of Wilder as nothing more than a cherry picking contender. His best win is Steverne and that doesn't make him the champ.
