Walters has been more active except between his last two fights, but Rigo has gone 11 months without fighting too and typically has 7-8 months between a fight last couple of years,that's still pretty inactive if you say that Walters was inactive given that Rigo only fought 3 months earlier then he did and between a****sa and francisco only one month
