Real talk virtually no one was saying Jacobs was going to win this before he signed, will be an underdog going in. Has a weak chin that likely will fall him again but does have power so needs to land lucky shot before that happens. Lets not pretend Jacobs is anything more then he is.

Why can't we just be honest?? Jacobs should be his next opponent. But, that doesn't mean he's a great opponent. Not unusual for that to happen in a weak division. Everyone here wants to play some angle for or against Golovkin. Let's just call it for what it is and stop trying to sell it in a way that justifies our biases.

No one is pre-emptively shixting on Jacobs. He's a good opponent. The best opponent at 160 probably. It is possible to acknowledge that while also acknowledging that Jacobs isn't some P4P killer and that Jacobs will most likely lose by knockout.
