Is Canelo the one turning down a 10 million dollar offer???

Golovkin isn't turning down the fight, for crissake. He's said he wants it before Sept 2017 and he wants a share of the income, not a fixed fee.

If Canelo had offered Golovkin $10million and 160 when he still had the WBC MW title it would have happened last Sept.

In other words, Canelo is young enough to wait for GGG to get old before he fights him, and you are going to support him doing it.
