It sounds to me you're a fan of Charlo (correct me if I'm wrong) and want he to face Canelo because you feel that he'll win. But don't want him to face Golovkin until his body is ready it because you that he loses.

I personally believe if he's going to move up to 160 (his words not mines) he should face the best there and as soon as possible. Age isn't an excuse to skip out on dangerous fights.
Not can't say I'm a Charlo fan, I don't hate them like some people do but I give Jermall the respect he earned after the fight with J Rock which most people though J Rock would win.

How about Charlo vs Canelo...WINNER FIGHT GGG! I could give a **** who wins just as long as they fight!

I call for Canelo vs Charlo next because both are World Champions at 154, Canelo at the WBO Strap and Jermall with the IBF but also Canelo and Charlo are both in the exact same position as far as guys that might be considering moving up to 160 so if they want to do a catchweight at 155-158 it won't be a problem and Neither will be at a disadvantage

Has nothing to do with trying to match make a winnable fight for somebody I'm a fan, it is a SHAME that people think that way because that is what most current fight fans do, they only want their guy to fight who the KNOW he can beat.

Canelo and Jermall should take fights at 160 before jumping in with the BEST at 160. Even better if Canelo or whoever can get that Belt from Billy Joe Saunders and make it a major unification bout

No offense friend. I just notice this question has been asked quite a few times on the site but the only response so far have been why does Charlo move up (even though he's the one who said he would) when Golovkin can.

I personally feel the Canelo vs Golovkin should happen first. It's the fight that makes the most sense to me at the moment and would prefer Charlo, if he does move up, to test the waters with a solid 160 win.

I know you one of the better posters on the site so I wanted to get your opinion on the situation and see what it is I'm missing.

I feel Charlo could beat Golovkin now and would like to see it sooner rather than later, like end of 2017.

Coming off such an impressive KO, why rush to 160? There are lots of options at 154.

I would be OK with That! Canelo vs GGG should be next absolutly but Oscar has made it clear that they're shooting for September 2017 so that means May 2017 is Open for Canelo to fight Charlo I don't see why not. But if they want to wait then that is not a problem, like I said Charlo can head back to Texas and continue to build up his Following and try to become a bigger Draw in Texas so that who knows when he does get the big fight vs Canelo or GGG it could be appealing the Texas and they could fill up Cowboys Stadium.

I DON'T CARE who wins between GGG vs Canelo, Canelo vs Charlo, GGG vs Charlo I absolutely DON'T CARE I like all 3 Fighters have no problem with either but not a Diehard fan of either like that. Forget being just a fan of 1 of them, as a boxing fans I'm a fan of them JUST FIGHTING! Same with Ward and Kovalev JUST FIGHTING, same with Danny Garcia vs Keith Thurman these are match ups that are needed to get boxing back up off the ground here in the States so in whatever order as long as they fight I'm OK with either scenario!

This is also why I'm AGAINST GGG just being rushed to move up because Competition is on the rise for him and they could be HUGE Match Ups for all and a lot of money for all
