Here we go, one truck driver, one hot dog vender, one carpenter and Terrance Crawford if he has the stones to come up to 160. And look out Chocalitito, they're coming after you in 2018!

I rate N'Dam more than most seem to, I admit. Thing is guys like Lee would be considered a good fight for anyone else at 160, hell guys like Macklin and Murray were considered tough fights for then P4Per Maravilla - though I absolutely would prefer Golovkin to be at least testing the waters at 168. Guess I mean it'd be an improvement over the last coupla years.

I believe Canelo has slow feet and problems with people like Lara and Monroe yes.
Not if he fights the Monroe that thought he could out slug GGG.

Those are SHT fights for someone wanting to be an A-Sider and ESPECIALLY someone at GGG's age. Look at Ortiz over in HW division??? That's how GGG shoukd be treating his career...

Good luck with that 4 fights and hope nobody ducks you doe.

At least they're trying. Most fighters nowadays are just happy to fight once a year.

I doubt he fights 4x in the next year, but I am excited about his trip back to Kazakhstan. I'm not surely it's factually based, but his rumored opponent in Kazakhstan is Sergey Derevyanchenko. He looked unstoppable against Soliman. Absolutely solid physically, imposingly strong and a good amateur to boot. Could be a fireworks type of fight.

Which essentially means they don't expect to fight anyone notable.

^^^wwcd; though pointing out too much will inevitably get you flamed.

Just imagine the potential HBO schedule already in the works:

Alvarez possibly in Jan/Feb, Cotto in Feb, Golovkin-Jacobs possibly in Mar, Ward-Kovalev II is April, Alvarez PPV in May, Golovkin's 2nd fight in June, Alvarez's PPV in Sept, Golovkin in December (Golovkin in Spetember, if he doesn't take the Alvarez fight), at least one more fight for the Ward-Kovalev winner (possibly two fights), and then fight dates for Crawford, Lomachenko, and even some of the other fighters coming along ("JoJo" Diaz should be ready to break through).

HBO's not going to finance the 20 or so TV cards that will be needed to deliver all of the fights; question comes down to whom gets stiffed

There will be a lot of PPVs, I guess

Arum has said that he'll put on more of his own shows like he did for Pac-Vargas in order to keep his fighters active. He mentioned a quadruple-header with Lomachenko, Crawford, Valdez and Magdelano defending their titles early next year

Jacobs, some random stay busy fight, Canelo for undisputed MW, and then maybe a fight to help him transition into 168... As Sanchez mentioned... He's about to be 35. Time's a wasting...
i don't see Oscar taking that high of a risk unless he asks Saunders to come down in weight. I also don't see Canelo beating Saunders.
