And like I said I respect his attitude and from a guy that was willing to fight for free to 2 mill, he's probably happier then a pig in sh.it , but at the same time being short changed in every meaningful fight from Cleverly,Pascal(2), B-hop, Ward eventually Id look at Duva "like b.itch you better start getting what I'm worth "

How so? Ward is the bigger name, Kovalev is a Russian who travels to wherever his opponent wants to fight because he has to (not like he has a fanbase in Florida) and in order to make a fight of this magnitude and of this significance, especially against a proud control freak like Ward, he had to take less money. Otherwise he would never fight. He did the same against Hopkins, albeit for a much smaller combined pot, and against Pascal which I believe was his biggest purse to date.

I don't think there are too many scenarios where Kovalev is going to make much more than $2m, that's just the reality of his situation. He's not a star by any means and while us hardcore fans mostly love to watch him fight, that isn't really enough to bump him up to stardom.

I think the biggest fight he can possibly make realistically is against Stevenson and that's because of the fans in Canada.

Worth pointing out he can make more than $2m against Ward should the event sell well, but then again we don't k now the details on the PPV structure, perhaps most of it goes to Ward, perhaps that was the only way to make the fight, we don't know the specifics of the negotiations (Ward is notoriously difficult to deal with so that very well could be the case).
