Nobody but Leanord Ellerbe is going to agree with everything Floyd thinks. I personally think Gervonta Davis has an insane amount of potential and should at least be on Crawford level by now, but he's not...Floyd clearly doesn't have that opinion otherwise he'd push Gervonta much better - I just found out the kid is fighting tomorrow. I think Keith Thurman is a great image for American boxing and I'm inclined to think he'd be a bigger draw under Top Rank, but different promoters work in different ways.
Looks like you don't really follow boxing that much. Davis isn't fighting tomorrow. Davis has been fighting pro for barely 3 years and will be fighting for a title against a legit champion in only his 16th fight. Crawford has been a pro for 8 years and it took him 6 years in his 23rd fight to actually fight for a title and become champion. Even then he wasn't that well known until he beat Gamboa. So you could say that Davis is ahead of Crawford when comparing careers after 3 years of being a pro.

Yet another intelligent, insightful and articulate observation by Floyd.

I think Crawford is promoted fine he just has to wait til Arum is done milking Pacquiao before he becomes top priority. Which should be rapidly approaching I hope for the fight to go down next year and Manny going away afterwards.

My mistake on the fight date and your points aren't invalid, but you're clearly mistaking my opinion of Davis. I think he's the real deal. It'd be like watching Top Rank not push a guy like Loma - Davis is ready, he's been so far ahead of his competition it's been embarrassing watching his succession; how many straight bums does he have to blow out before they step him up and start to promote him better? That's an opinion, like the one Floyd gave in regards to Crawford and Floyd's done nothing with any of his fighters to suggest he knows better than Top Rank...not a single guy...I'm trying to count to one and I cant. You can disagree but don't cry about it.

Crawford is doing fine, he has the potential to be a more complete offensive / slick fighter than Floyd.

                Hence the salt.

Sterfloyd Maypedder is more desperate to get a top 50 fighter in his stable than he was offering that Miss Jackson slut guaranteed movie roles and promotion in exchange for marriage before she ran off with Nelly.

Not a problem if crawford decides on exploring other promoter, just don't do it before he clashes manny pacquiao, which will soon be made 101%. If he beats pacman then he is golden, he may have a lot of options and a lot of better deals to bargain with.

Every young promising fighter out there this is you last chance to beat a true legend which can catapult not just your name but also purse. I am actually glad pacquiao has returned so he can do this honor and tradition which was passed to him by oscar dela hoya.

Those young guns who refuses, afraid to get schooled and being idiotic by pricing themselves out to face a legend is straight out idiot. Manny pacquiao is 37 years of age, pound for pound, the most war-torned fighter out there today, clearly he's a dead man walking at this point in time--where any minute in the ring he could get old and show the ravages of father time.

There were plenty of fighters who beat De La Hoya and Manny lost to Marquez and Bradley. None of those fighters ended up being big PPV stars. Crawford could beat Manny and end up like them. It takes a special fighter like FLoyd and Manny to elevate themselves into boxing superstars. Who knows if Crawford is able to. Remember Floyd was beating up on everyone coming up fighting better opposition and wasn't getting that much attention while being promoted by Arum. Arum couldn't or wouldn't get Floyd a fight with Oscar.
