I knew youdmention that fkloyd beat jmm more convincingly. Couldn't help yourself could you as that's the only one out of 5 common opponents.
The fact that PAC beat 4 common opponents better trumps Floyd's jmm win, coinsideri g Floyd came in overweight.
Plus PAC beat jmm 3 times. That's what counts, but Floyd fans still try wriggling out of facts. PAC beat Bradley 3 times, Barrera 2 times, Morales 2 times. All these winbs over great opponents is over a fifth oif Floyd's total careerComment

imo, floyd and manny were pretty much dead even heading into that superdud they produced...
but floyd takes it on the convincing manner of which he took their head to head...
imo only these 4 guys from this era are can be placed on any ATG's list:
1.floyd
2.manny
3.b-hop
4.jmm
and everybody else is a distance away as far as the fighters from this era go(from 2000 to the present day)Comment

I don't believe he is the greatest of all of time but the bottom line is it doesn't matter.
It is easy to look at successful people with a critical eye because people typically do so without a sense of perspective. Look at the job you're working in and ask yourself if you could entertain the idea of being the best in the field. Answer is most definitely no.
He's done and displayed enough reasonable even if contested. He's successful to the point that his self-belief cannot be criticised.Comment

I'm stating facts you're expressing your opinion.I knew youdmention that fkloyd beat jmm more convincingly. Couldn't help yourself could you as that's the only one out of 5 common opponents.
The fact that PAC beat 4 common opponents better trumps Floyd's jmm win, coinsideri g Floyd came in overweight.

First off it's a fact that Floyd is undefeated against common opponents that a fact.
Second Pac only beat JMM 2 times not three times.
Third what counts is that a common opponent that barely won a round against Floyd Koed Pacman, dropped him a separate time and had a draw against him.
Now as for who performed best against the other 4 opponents that subjective. But it is telling that they all picked Floyd to win the matchup as well as they all think he is the better fighter.
Lastly Morales and Bradley both beat Pac.
And if your opinion is that Pac is better, well I'm not arguing against someone's opinion. I disagree wholeheartedly and backed my arguments with bottom line facts. I didn't bring up catch weights, and this and that. I stated facts. Dispute my factsComment

He's in the argument for sure. Bottom line is he's 49-0 with titles in 5 weight classes. Beat a ton of Hall of Fame fighters. Started fighting champions inside of his 20th fight.
What people don't get is claims of ducking are as old as boxing. SRL and SRR both accused of ducking different guys. Same with Ali and Greb being accused of taking some fights when the odds were in their favor. That's just the nature of fighting. It's simply incredibly hard to make fights with great fighters need your weight prime vs prime. There are actually very few prime vs prime all time great fighter matchups. It's just difficult with guys being out of their prime quickly, and guys moving up in weight now.Comment

Guess what? Floyd was fkking 37yrs old. Dont tell me about Canelo being "drained" Lol Canelo was 22yrs old and 165lbs. Floyd was nearly 40yrs old, and WALKED HIM DOWN WITHOUT GETTING TOUCHED.He beat a 22 year old boxer who fought drained. A guy not at the pinnacle of his physical performance. A guy not at the peak of his boxing talents. A guy who was weakened and suffered fatigue because he had to push to make weight.
That doesn't compare to Leonard moving up technically two weight classes by today's standards, to fight a guy considered a top 3 middleweight of all time.
There's absolutely no comparison between the two.
Lol @ insinuating Pacquiao has longer arms than Floyd. You're ridiculous and don't know ****.
Those couple of lbs, are NOT a good excuse for why Floyd made history that night. Doing something that shouldnt be physically possible.
SRL didnt do to Hagler what Floyd did to Canelo Lol Not even close. And the size difference between Hagler and SRL was not CLOSE to the one between Floyd and Canelo.
I mean Hagler's NAME and legacy, makes the victory look better than Floyd's on paper. But the circumstances, and the dominance with Floyd over Canelo, is legendary. It should've never been possible.
I knew Floyd was the greatest before that fight though!
And yes, Pac does have longer arms than Floyd imo!
And btw, you didnt respond to everything I said, but whatever!Comment
