Is ggg currently in negotiations to duck Jacobs?

60/40 split.
Now if were talking 3.5mil pot at 60/40. What incentive does Jacobs or ggg have to even take the fight? Thats an insult to both of em.

I'm curious. Where do you rank ggg skills on a scale of 1-10 against all other current middleweights?
If Jacobs doesnt want it then fine, he can vacate or get stripped and GGG can move on in life.....

From what i've heard Golovkin went to seek counsel from Dmitry Pirog about Jacobs and his advice was to stay well away because Pirog's back troubles started from that overhand right that flattened poor Danny Jacobs. Golovkin then spoke with his L.A chiropractor and a consensus was formed to duck Jacobs for the good of Golovkin's back. Jacobs hasn't felt such relief and euphoria since he went into remission.

I wasnt aware that the wba determines the purse split during negotiations.
8500 people at the Barclays and 1.5mil in the bank vs quillen. Kinda kills your "no money, no following" stance.
15% raise out of ggg's pocket?do you even understand how putting together a fight works? ggg himself stands to probably make about 40-50% more than his last fight on US soil. For what, you ask...for fighting Jacobs.
But you want Jacobs to make less money than when he fought quillen to fight ggg, a more dangerous opponent and a unified champion?
If I paid you a dollar to run across my quiet, 2-lane street blindfolded. Could I then give you .85 to run across the freeway during rush hour?
Also, not to mention. this fight should establish a new lineage (but probably wont) to the hard cores at least.
Using your logic then, you believe that ggg should have taken the 10mil offer from Canelo, right? Or are you just Changing Standards
I hope al goes all in on this one and stages it on PBC or showtime so we can all watch ggg vacate cause we all know thats what would happen.
your whole response is exactly why I asked "was ggg was currently in negotiations to duck Jacobs." It sounds like your perfectly ok with it.

the only person who thought Jacobs was worth that kind of money was Haymon, and it seems even he doesnt think that anymore because Jacobs took about a 2/3 pay cut for the Mora rematch.
bottom line is that the Quillin purse was not a true reflection of Jacobs market value. It was Haymon throwing other peoples money around.
Why is it that people like you insist that because ONE person overpaid Jacobs for ONE fight, that somehow that figure is the new benchmark for his purses? Hint: It isnt. And its funny that you mention the "8500" number, as if a Brooklyn guy fighting another Brooklyn guy IN BROOKLYN with an all-NY undercard selling 8500 tickets (minus the comps) in an arena that holds 19000 is some kind of accomplishment. Hint #2: It isnt. Its actually embarrassing, considering a guy from Kazahkstan, with only a few years of HBO exposure, can sell out MSG........
