It's true. He used a solid jab against Lemiuex, but if we're honest, Lemiuex is so one dimensional and has no defensive techniques to help neutralize a jab.

Where was that jab against Brook? Oh he didn't need it. Once he got tired of getting embarrassed mid fight he went blitzkrieg on Brook with you guessed it.....his power. Surprise, surprise.

i hope the fight is made, i really do
No offense Larry, but you don't criticize Wilder or Jacob's anywhere near the same as Golovkin. Same thing for many of the other anti-GGG fans. Let's not pretend like Wilder doesn't talk big here, yet people on here remain relarively quiet. Then they go around and bash GGG for things his trainer/promoter says.

At least GGG has fought guys who were ranked in the top 10 of his division. Meanwhile, Wilder has only fought one and definitely wasn't making the efforts to fight the top dogs.

Fighters need to move up today because the divisions aren't as packed like they used to be. Most guys from 154-168 would be fighting at 160. Imagine if guys like Canelo, Cotto, Lara, Charlo bros, Andrade, Degale, Jack, Groves, Golovkin, Jacobs, Eubank Jr, and BJS were all in the same division? Great fights would have no choice to be made and boxing would be like it used to be.

Golovkin is a fantastic pressure fighter and entertaining. You can't call yourself a boxing fan and not like this fighter. He is a bit one dimensional but he did show us a new side in the Lemieux fight. Golovkin had no choice but to walk Brook down. How would he look taking Brook deep into the fight and trying to box him? It was ugly but he got the job done. I don't believe the hype that he is the greatest middleweight ever because he looks beatable, no doubt there is a long list of fighters who could have beaten him. I just think he happens to be great for boxing and am not going to hate on that.

Wilder is younger than GGG and in a better division.

              MW is stone cold dead.

At a time when Cotto couldn't buy a title at 147 or 154......he was able to win take a title from a top MW in his FIRST middleweight fight.

160 is so dead Jermain Taylor was able to win another title

Even Rubio's washed-up ass had the WBC 160 title.

Golovkin receives no respect from racist black supremacists.

Notice that the the same people who hated Calzaghe, Pacquiao, Klitschko, etc now hate Lomachenko, Golovkin and Kovalev.

Black people are not as easily impressed as your demographic.

We've seen and produced too much greatness to be impressed by a 34 y/o fighter with a WW as his best win.

We have the bar set much much higher.
