Ward got over a million dollars to face Rodrigues, which HBO were not willing to originally put up. He negotiated UP for that fight. A fight against a journeyman.

Then the next three fights...oh lawd! Smith was a middleweight journeyman but Ward had to face him at light heavy, Barrera is barely a fringe contender and brand is probably worse than all those names combined, cut in half and poisoned. Ward still made million plus from those fights.

If I could go into work and sleep 7 of the 8 hour shift and still get paid, Id be doing a Ward.
