Lil G didn't want the fight, for obvious reasons he would have gotten thrashed. OLD UNREFUTABLE News.

          RIGHT FCKIN NOW!
Sounds good but Mayweather has never gone up to 154. He fought in the division but the most he has ever weighed in at is 152 and when he fought De la Hoya he was back down to 148 the day of the fight.

Carrot & Sticks? Risk vs Reward? These mean anything to you? As risk increases, then the reward must as well. Adjust the scale anyway you choose, but this is how negotiations are made & deals are struck.

Anyone can argue the finer points & try to offer validity to the side of their choosing, but you can't argue when one side was willing to give up a few pounds while the other wasn't. Really all there is to it.

As Ward said, that shipped sailed (at least for a couple of years) but it was all by his own choosing & refusal to meet Golovkin half way or at least defend his title at 168 & see what the next year or two had in store. If the fight ever gets made down road, then it will have to be GGG who moves up & therefore will be taking the risk, just as Ward is now doing in a very measured & time consuming fashion with 175 & Kov.

We know Andre would've beat the dog sh... out of him but we like hearing his fans try to lie their way out of the truth.
When was the last time that Ward was 168? I'll make it easy for you - Nov 16 2013. When did Ward make an offer to GGG? 3 years later. THESE ARE THE FACTS. The rest is you r hood talk.

Ward fans sound absolutely pathetic right now.

the people in the " know " are picking Ward

                      the casuals, are picking Kovalev
