Comments Thread For: Golovkin-Jacobs: WBA Denies Request To Modify Purse Bid Split

Its hardly a surprise for Jacobs that the split is 75/25. They have known it all along and if they werent satisfied, they shouldn't have went for it.
Its a bonafide duck if Jacobs weasels out now. Theres no other way to interpret it. Unless of course, one is as ****** as you.
only if you happen to be a fanboy b1tch
Team Golovkin could negotiate in good faith in order to make a meaningful fight for Hypekin, but they won't..... they will play hardball and force the purse-bid to get their undeserving hypejob more than he is worth..... just like they tried with Canelo.
wouldn't be surprised if they lose this fight as well...... but they don't care about that..... they can see Monroe II looming, and they know that you spastics will pay, amidst all of that "duckin me doe" bull****

If people are honest with themselves, 25% is very fair indeed. GGG is the real WBA champ, has sold out arenas in NYC, LA and London, is the most talked about active fighter in boxing, gets great numbers on HBO. Danny is the opposite.
However, there is basically no such thing as fair in boxing. And to make this fight, Team GGG are going to have to make concessions. Because Jacobs is not confident in winning this fight at all and wants to be paid serious money. Also because he is one of those special boxers who are advised by the great Al Haymon. If it's 50-50, so be it.Comment

you're right
the WBA just killed this fight in the exact same way the WBC killed Canelo/GGG.....
these clowns just don't get it, the WBC and the WBA are clearly second-rate organisations..... they are only 1-of-4 sanctioning bodies, and they matter not on the grand scale of things
as soon as they interfere, or rule in favor of one fighter, they kill it
no way should Jacobs consider them as part of his immediate future/career, when they insist that he should take short money.
He should negotiate with Saunders/Canelo, or maybe even Eubank.Comment

Who says that K2 is not offering a larger purse during volontary negotiations than they will eventually bid at the purseoffer?
Now hateboi. Tell me what you think of Jacobs. He knew the split would be like this, so would you say he is ducking if he doesn't take it? Yes or no.Comment

that is exactly right
the clown has no problem making **** fights, it is the good fights he can't seem to land LMAOComment

I guess they assumed that Team Bull**** actually wanted the fight, and hoped that they would negotiate in good faith
but the smart observers knew better
which kinda leaves you tards stuck in your usual lonely place
* hoping that Golovkin will finally come good
* but knowing deep down that it will never happen, and that he is about to end up in yet another **** fight
