What Mayweather is saying is in total contradiction to what our brothas here have been defending. "Haymon takes care of his fighters. He's unlike other promoters doe."

Pacquiao made him fight in a way I've never seen him fight and he still pulled out the win even if it was closer than what the judges saw!

I had Mayweather winning by 5 or 6 more punches! It was a high class; tactical and very fast chess match!!!!

Pacquiao landed the harder/cleaner shots but Floyd landed just a lil more! Trust me, I've watched it on slo mo on numerous occasions!

Give it up or you'll be consumed by what you dislike!
      I have to disagree.

Videos are hard copies of truth buddy. It will forever resonate till the end of time.

But yes, Pac landed the harder cleaner punches. What you got wrong is that not only did Pac land the harder cleaner punches he landed more throughout the fight.

Exhibit A : the true winner " the one who landed more"

Floyd fought his way to the top for cents. Then he got paydays when he was on top. Super Champion. PBC did pay their fighters too much recently and now are having trouble keeping that up. Floyd is right. Reality check the greedy ones. I hope they figured it out, because the PBC is great for the sport of boxing. All boxing fans should love the PBC. They changed the game in terms of free boxing on t.v.

If you only started following Floyd's career since the Marquez fight then that explains why you would say something like that. This thread isn't about Floyd cherrypicking in his later years. It's about younger fighters who think they're worth millions when they've only beat bums and over the hill fighters. You don't like Floyd and that's fine, because I really don't either. But if you think he didn't pay his dues to be a cash cow in his younger years then I don't know what else to say. Haymon's fighters like Broner and Garcia want to make "Mayweather money" without building a resume and making a name for themselves.
Some of your points are valid, and yes I've watched his fights for many years now, but for him, from 2004 onward, to duck or pile the odds against his opponents is a pathetic example. And I realize it's many years ago, but Joe Louis, Marciano and some others set the example of how a true champion should act in public, setting examples for the kids to follow. Beating your ex up, in front of your kids... that's inexcusable.

Are some fighters overpaid? Bad examples? Of course. But the head guy at the table basically wrote the book on the average punk low-classed fighter's attitude and actions we see today. Floydie hasn't done much positive for the sport. He basically milked it for all he could get out of it. And many thousands just bought into it, with the help of HBO/Showtime commentators laying on the lavish b.s. for his fights, and many scribes constantly gushing over him.

no he didn't land more and no you have not. its called clean punching for a reason. its not called did that punch maybe graze your opponent and if so then it counts the same as a clean punch. its called clean punching. one fighter did almost all that. with better defense, while making his opponent bend over and clinch to survive. it was just a bad decision and people were fooled by something. dont know what since its hard to fool me. i had hopkins beating calzaghe easily once again because its called clean punching not did you hit a lot of air with those punches taht didn't land.

                    This shouldn't be that hard.......
My offer back was based on a percentage, just like we saw in the Floyd Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao agreement. " - Tom Loefller

See that's the problem right there! GGG is NO Manny Pac!!!

Pac got a 60/40 split. Pac has a RESUME and EVERYONE knows who he is.

GGG can sale-out stadiums for cheap $20 tickets but we all know his DIE-HARD fans don't buy his PPV Fights.

1x PPV Flopp things he's WORTH 40% with that crappy resume and can't even afford to pay Jacobs for a REAL fight??? How much you want to bet he fights another BUM next???

I believe he owes the WBA a fight next! Soo let's look who's up next...

He won't pay Jacobs more than $1.5 and he makes that elsewhere. So that fights not happening. Personally I think $2 million is fair but I want to see a good fight! You GTards DON'T!!! Because you think if he SAVES some $$$$ the tickets will be CHEAP enough for you guys to afford.

Alfonso Blanco probably! But talks of him fighting Eubank
                    Chris Eubank Jr. Ain't happening.
Dmitry Chudinov I bet he would take GGG's usual offer of $500K

                    Either

                    Blanco or Chudinov!!!

Hey at least tickets prices should be VERY Cheap!!! Looks good for another sale-out.

When your OWN Trainer admits you lost the fight... You lost the fight!

TWICE Roach says in the interview Floyd won.
