If you only started following Floyd's career since the Marquez fight then that explains why you would say something like that.

This thread isn't about Floyd cherrypicking in his later years. It's about younger fighters who think they're worth millions when they've only beat bums and over the hill fighters.

You don't like Floyd and that's fine, because I really don't either. But if you think he didn't pay his dues to be a cash cow in his younger years then I don't know what else to say. Haymon's fighters like Broner and Garcia want to make "Mayweather money" without building a resume and making a name for themselves.
Excellent post man! I agree with everything you say!

Majority of these fighters who are over pricing themselves are under the Haymon Banner. This PBC was suppose to change the game but ended up making it worst. Most of Haymon fighters do a lot of talking but not enough fighting. Making fights between Haymon fighters should be easier to do.

lol no he didn't. he was always a cherry picker who had to be forced into fights. example...

          01/18/2002

HBO was fine with that but took exception to the offer of faded ex-featherweight champ Alejandro Gonzalez and rejected him.

HBO and Mayweather promoter Bob Arum prefer that he take a higher-profile, more competitive fight, ideally vs. former two-time champ Stevie Johnston. But Mayweather and his manager, James Prince, have balked.

"No one can communicate with Floyd," Arum said. "It's like talking to the wall. I said 'Fight Stevie Johnston.' Floyd said, 'I don't want to fight him. He's a bum.'

Arum said it was "likely" HBO would simply bench Mayweather and give his date away instead of arguing over opponents. "They're not going to put up with this much longer," he said.

I don't think Floyd wants to fight Stevie. James Prince and I spoke, and he told me that was the fight they didn't want."

That's INSANE!!!! Even Canelo isn't guaranteed $10,000,000??? He gets the rest from PPV's?

GGG has 2 fights on PPV. 1 was a flop the other 1 wasn't he on PPV in the states.
His biggets win is dragging a WW up 13lbs and TWO divisions. Even THEN GGG was still the B-Side.

But he has the belts! So did Liam Smith. So did Felix Sturm. Saunders has one?? Should we pay them ALL $10,000,000???

The ONLY ones who currently make more than $10,000,000 guaranteed a fight are Cotto and Manny Pac.

That's It! Of course unless Floyd comes out of retirement.

you seriosuly believe golden boy was going to pay ggg more than canelo? not reasonable. they could have went to purse bid and took 75 percent. hell they paid khan 37 percent. they just dont want to fight and loeffler says their offer was crap. ill believe him instead of the guy who ran from the fight and dropped his belt

maybe reading comprehension isnt your strong suit, but it has been widely reported by just about everybody that Oscars "offer" was a flat fee deal, and Loeffler COUNTERED with a percentage deal.

                  This shouldn't be that hard.......

Floyd's has a better resume than anyone from 2009-2015 yet he cherrypicked lmao.
                    Marquez
                    Mosley
                    Ortiz

If this is cherrypicking, wtf is everyone else doing? Some pacf@g will try to dissect this but these are all quality wins.

That 200million dollars he got for running and hugging a marathon event was too much money for a track meet lmao
Dude just give it up! Lol I'm surprised you haven't gone to The Mayweather Boxing Club and brought your case of how Floyd lost to Pacquiao!!

Look I dislike Mayweather as much as you or even more but give him credit!

Pacquiao made him fight in a way I've never seen him fight and he still pulled out the win even if it was closer than what the judges saw!

I had Mayweather winning by 5 or 6 more punches! It was a high class; tactical and very fast chess match!!!!

Pacquiao landed the harder/cleaner shots but Floyd landed just a lil more! Trust me, I've watched it on slo mo on numerous occasions!

Give it up or you'll be consumed by what you dislike!
