If that's what it takes to get the fight done then get it done. The fight is worth $5 mil maybe $7 mil at the most. Jacobs would get $2 mil on a $5 mil purse bid and GGG would get $3 mil. If the bid is $7 mil Jacobs would get $2.8 mil and Golovkin would get 4.2 mil. Let's even say PBC bids something outrageous like $10 mil. Jacob would get $4 mil and GGG would get $6 mil. If it takes a 60-40 split to get the fight done then change the split and let the market decide the value of the fight. This is gonna be a good payday for both fighters.

PBC ain't gonna bid sht. You think they want to give GGG 75%??? This fight isn't going to happen. And K2 won't pay more than $5 million. That leaves $1.25 for Jacobs. He could make that up in 1-2 fights elsewhere... K2 will continue getting crappy fighters as always to fight GGG

Why would Jacobs take the fight if he's making less or similar to the Quillen fight. It's obvious that K2 is low balling Jacobs and wants the purse bid because it benefits GGG. In order for Jacobs to make 1.5 mil, the bid would have to be 6 mil. I don't see either K2 or Haymon bidding that high. Why would Haymon bid so high to pay GGG. I don't see the fight happening, especially if Jacobs is gonna make less than for his Quillen fight.

Why would he want to fight for less than he can make fighting tomato cans??? Honestly GGG and Jacobs will make about the same fighting BUMS than each other! This only hurts the promotors and the Cable Networks (Most likely HBO).
