it was xmas come early for wilder when that povetkin test came back negative. He wasnt interested in hearing the details, as soon as he had that opportunity to pull out and fight that fat lard arse arreola, it was too good an opportunity to miss.Comment

Wilder is just not that good. Just rewatch his title fights and look how much trouble gave him average boxers like Molina, Szpika, Duhaupas..I think Wilder has very little chance to beat Klitchko, Fury, Povetkin or Joshua.Comment

nah mate, its unreasonable to expect a world heavyweight champ to fight a top 10 opponent, apparantly. Wilder could get audley harrison back for a rematch and these clowns would defend it, 'harrisons a solid test'If you mean will he fight one of the 7 or 8 best heavyweights in the world I vote no he probably won't do that based on his past choice of opponents. He won his piece of the title by beating Stiverne, who boxrec ranks 16th in the world in January 2015. He has defended it 4 times against Molina ranked 14th, Duhaupas 13th, Szpika 20th and Arreola, ranked 44th. I used boxrec because only boxrec ranks low enough down to get all his opponents. If the WBC threatens to strip him of the title he will fight who they say he must fight to keep his title. As long as Wilder is free to fight whoever he wants I think he will continue to cherry pick guys he is sure he can beat and leave the more dangerous guys like Ortiz and Joshua alone.Comment

****ing lol.
Neither molina or duhapaus were in ANY top 10 rankings when wilder fought them, yet when they get a semi decent win a year later to move into the rankings, you use this to justify and pretend wilder fought top 10 guy's.
In summary, you are complete imbecile.Comment

difference is GGG is looking for big fights at middle, but people have/and are running away from him. Wilder is the golden goose at heavyweight and he looks very vulnerable. you honestly telling me haye (who wobbled him in sparring and called him out) or ortiz wouldnt be interested in fighting him?Comment

And Wilder isn't? I guess the Povetkin fight was just supposed to be an ESPN level type fight.difference is GGG is looking for big fights at middle, but people have/and are running away from him. Wilder is the golden goose at heavyweight and he looks very vulnerable. you honestly telling me haye (who wobbled him in sparring and called him out) or ortiz wouldnt be interested in fighting him?
So, when is GGG gonna fight a legit MW?Comment
