There always seem to be an attitude of lets get back to 19??, whenever they thought boxing was great and popular. I personally think the biggest explanation for the relative lack of popularity of boxing in the US is to do with race and ethnicity.
I think they wasted time and money. A budget like that and proper planning may not have yielded NFL ratings, but it could (and maybe still can) develop a regular audience.

I think you are right that boxing may never get back to where it was. That is ok. I still think you are better off marketing the sport and then the individuals. Maybe had they used the money to incentivize winning maybe that would bring more drama and more fans.

In the end, I just want more boxing programming on TV. More programmimng means more of a chance some young athlete sees a fight and decides to box instead of some other sport.

Hopefully PBC can put all their fights on PPV, I see people don't have a problem with paying extra for fights they're already paying extra for.

The top US boxers never seem to be on chatshows and suchlike, that is a big difference from over here in the UK, the very biggest boxing stars feature on highly rated tv shows.

Was hoping for a boxing channel. $10/20 a month and we get boxing tues, fri and sat. Inbetween they show classic fights or replays and bring on fighters to talk. Both old and new. Similar to golpe a golpe with the guests.

Thise that dont subscibe can still buy fights they want similar to a PPV.

Its a rough idea with tons of obstacles but i would subscribe

We have boxnation here, we pay similar to watch boxing £10 per month. Since PBC started up boxnation have pick them up here, which means more boxing for us, some are quality, some not so bad and some are garbage but it's still more boxing for us.

PBC is the only business that is suppose to work within 1 year of being in business

After reading about the UFC and how LONG it struggled at the beginning and how much money the Investors was losing and was ready to Tap Out after a couple of years and then turning around and selling it for $4 Billion. Last thing PBC or anybody in boxing should be listening or taking advice from its fans who are 99.9% Emotions and 00.1% Brains. Most people can't even post on this forum using Logic how the *** are you guys going to try and tell Wealthy Businessmen how to run their Business. It is HILARIOUS if you think about it! All these Internet Warren Buffets. May stance always been "WAIT AND SEE!" that is all we really can do

Heard of a box nation but never really knew what it was. But OK if it is similar to what I described then I want one here in the states
