Speaking on criticisms levelled at PBC for matchmaking and quality of fights, he said:

“We have over 50 shows a year. People are always like, oh they are mismatches, they are horrible fights. No they are not. They are evenly matched fights with guys of equal skill level and you have various levels of guys that are on different networks. You have guys that are prospects that fight on certain networks, you have guys that are contenders that fight on certain networks and you have guys that are champions that fight on certain networks. So the guys are working to get to the championship level.”

This line is worrying. If you admit the business plan wasn't working, why would you be stubborn on the most important factor in determine views? I want the PBC to work, but you gotta be real with it. We had some great fights like Thurman-Porter, and Spence-Algieri/bundu, but what else was there? We need fights that are schedule changers.

Why are you going after the victim's and accusing them of being the aggressor's?

It's been about 4-5 people on the entire forum that have defended PBC. The rest of the forum spits out vile attacks against PBC all because the head is a successful black man.

Yet, you accuse the victim's as the ones being the aggressor's. I hope you're not trying to appeal to the non-demographic so you can win "poster of the year" or some crap like that. You already tried to buy votes and such. I just hope this isn't another tactic

Not exaclty much new information in this "exclusive" and we already knew about Spike from Rafael's piece.

"Showtime (which pays for fights as opposed to being a time buy) is planning some fall PBC cards, but there are only two more slated for Spike (none until Nov. 12)."

Frankly, it seems like anybody who read Rafael's article coulda given most of these answers.
