Yes absolutely. Golovkin is so talented, so far head and shoulders above every other MW today, and possibly ever, that if he were ever to lose, even if to the #2 MW in most people's eyes, it would be seen as a monumental upset. An upset of unprecedented proportions. It would be like Amir Khan beating Deontay Wilder, like Malignaggi beating Kovalev. Golovkin is so far ahead of Jacobs or any other fighter, that the over/under isnt given in rounds, its given in seconds. Jacobs should wear headgear it's so lopsided. It would have been bigger than if Brand had KOed Ward.

this will be an easy fight for golovkin, possibly easier than the brook fight cause hes less slippery. Just hope you dont all change your minds after the fight and say jacobs is crap when the inevitable happens and he gets ko'd

I haven't done anything. They say Jacobs and Golovkin is in the works... so right now the bets are interesting as were Tyson vs Douglas.

The real mysticism were the odds then. Douglas lost 4 fights coming in, 3 by KO. Compare that to Jacobs. Is the reality that Golovkin's style is more threatening than Tyson's? Don't focus on the result. The context could be pre or post, Tyson vs Douglas. Don't get spooked...

If he believes himself and is confident that he will win this fight then the answer is yes. This has Tyson/Douglas written all over it. After all, his character and will has already been tested and he has passed it with flying colors. Therefore, he has the stuff that champions are made of. Perhaps he will win or he won't; We'll just have to wait and see but he definitely has the potential to win it.

Danny is much better than Douglas was, at least in the mind of most people, at the time.

And i ever thought before that fight that whomever wouldn't fear Tyson and moved in and out would take him out.

                  Lemiuex isn't a big puncher? Whatever ....

Was using fight as an example of his chin, not to qualify ggg as great. If u watch the u would see what I mean, zero fear of anything he threw. Do Jacob's and canelo have more power than Lemiuex? That's what I meant. At least respond in context. And referencing one fight doesn't prove someone doesn't have power. Obviously.

I would say so. I presume Jacobs will come out like he did against Quillen. I hope that is the case at least. I think that will give us the most sparks! This fight can't go the distance. It's gonna end early, very early. One fighter will be down KO/TKO.
