as much as I wish something like that could happen, lets face it that its not HBOs problem to solve. They are not tasked with being the "saviors" of boxing. They are a content provider who's only goal is to secure content they feel their subscribers want, and content that in the end is profitable for the network. Nothing more.... nothing less.......

I agree but in the macro view of things, a superfight between Canelo and GGG will raise both of their reputations and make their next fights more popular.

The damaged was done to the orbital bone and not the orbit itself. Therefore, he should be just fine. In addition, his doctors has confirmed that once the swelling goes down he will have surgery and is expected to make a full recovery, so he can resume his boxing career.

This coward brook doesnt deserve a fight at the county fair let alone on HBO. He was literally begging his corner to stop the fight the entire time. He kept turning to his corner and pointing to his eye over and over and over again. How did nobody notice that? In addition, the fans in the u.k. were cheering every single punch brook landed even though they had no effect. Golovkin wanted it to be a street fight and brook was fighting technical and still golovkin outlanded him and landed the much harder punches and made brook beg his corner to throw the towel for the entire fight

Also every real boxing fan needs to boycott this canelo brook fight. What happened to canelo wanting to work up to 160 to fight ggg? Canelo needs to kept to his word like any other man on earth needs to.

Easy fight for Brook. Canelo is way less powerful, slower, stationary, hesitates to attack. Brook would have a field day and would stop Canelo easily.

i will like to see brook fight another jmw before he fights canelo, someone like trout or even kirkland, then he can go after the guys at the top.... call me crazy but i think the kirkland fight could be fun to watch...
