Brook was already fed to the wolves by his own promoter who threw him in with a man 2 weight classes too big for him. He's a welterweight who hasn't even proved much at 147 and didn't have earth shattering power at 147. Got steam rolled in a epic mismatch that even the wba didn't sanction. Now his promoter wants to feed him to canelo next to get knocked out again. If you care about his safety at least let this guy fight a few lower end 154 lbers to get used these bigger men. But clearly he is being cashed out. He poses no threat to canelo and if they did fight only question is will his corner throw in the towel again or will he get put to sleep.

Brook needs to stay away from Canelo, Thurman, any hard hitter for awhile! I saw that eye??? He needs at lease a year if not longer on that one.

About what? Jones didn't hurt or drop Brook. On the other hand he hit the deck three times and got schooled in most of the rounds they fought.

No matter how fraudulent his reign was, Cotto was the WBC middleweight champion. So I think Cotto is a naturally bigger or more powerful guy than Brook. Brook hasn't operated at world level above 147.

I just think Canelo gets better with every fight and we've got this picture of the 'green' early twenty Canelo stuck in our heads. He definitely packs a punch.

He weighed in at 153 for a 160 fight.

In what world is a career 140 lber bigger than Brook? he's a smaller guy by some margin.
