Why Didn't Andre Ward Accept 164, 50/50 when he was the b-side?

He tucked when the only fair offer was made. The only one that ducked was coWard. Period.

Actually no offer at 164 or otherwise was ever made.

Can you provide a link of Team GGG saying they sent an offer to Ward for 164 and 50/50 or cant you?
