Uh, yeah we DO know about drug wars. Anyone remember Miami in the 80s? That's just ONE example. And no, sorry bubba, very few unjustified killings by cops... even though there are stacks of *** saying otherwise, protesting before an investigation has even started, throwing rocks and bottles at cops, blocking roads keeping me from getting to work etc etc. Get your facts straight, THEN comment. That's how it works.None of you know what it's like to come to Phillipines and see a ****in bandit war vs policemen in fields. Barack ***** should mind his own business and handle the white racist cops killing people in HiS own people in HIS country for No reason. Barack ***** has NO idea what it's like to run a 3rd world country. I am American and agree those drug pushers should be killed
Yep. Instant justice doesn't work, never did, never will. Have to have the rule of law, properly carried out.The problem of supporting a strongman is they start by violating the rights of "criminals" and everyone cheers. Next they use that power violate the rights of their political opponents, and lastly they become just like Castro, Marcos, Noriega, Sadam, Gadaffi, etc. Absolute power corrupts absolutely!

I like Pac as a boxer, but he needs to shut up regarding politics and social commentary altogether. The guy is clueless on all of that.Comment

he doesnt have to say anything. he's training for a fight not running for president. the people around him should be fired for letting him speak so freely. pac has more power and backing from the filipinos than the president there. If he says he has "no comments," that would play well here in the states, but it wouldn't play well at home. No matter where Manny goes, he is now a Senator! He's not the common man anymore, and he has to make a statement, especially when his President insults the most powerful man in the world!Comment

Just remember that failure to prosecute and punish cops who break the law, is NOT properly carrying out the rule of law! Do you remember how many dirty cops there were in Miami in the 80s???Uh, yeah we DO know about drug wars. Anyone remember Miami in the 80s? That's just ONE example. Yet he has to do pre-fight and post-fight press conferences, "pressers," etc. Every time a mike is in his face, he will be Senator Pacquiao!Comment

No he doesn't a lot of people disagree with him being in politics because he's an athlete with no background in politics but he is genuinely helping the poor because he knows what it's like to live in poverty unlike a majority of the politicians who come from rich privileged families with generations of corruption.Comment

What people must realise is the Pacquiao you know is probably all an act. He probably absolutely hates USA and hates the culture. He put on that smiling nice guy act to squeeze money out of dumb americans while spending their money on impregnating hookers.
Once he retires from the sport and doesn't need their money anymore, you will see the real Manny Pacquiao. He's already been showing it now he's on his way out of boxing with his real views on ****sexuals being worse than animals and all that stuff. This is probably the tip of the iceberg on his real feelings.
I'm not saying i even disagree or agree with him, but now you're seeing what he really is all about.
I actually respect him more now he's being open, because it was obvious that nice family man christian act was exactly that, an act.Comment
