I know what post you're talking about and you completely missed te context of it. I clearly stated in that discussion that people are not going to care about 3lb weight increments regardless if it was 1%, 50%, or 100% weight increase and that Hopkins 15lb weight increase to fight the Ring champ two weight classes up from his career weight will always look better in the history books than Gonzalez going up his little 3lbs

Ok I get what you are saying now -- no complain obviously that single leap is better than any other in RG's recent jump in weight but when its all said and done and you examine both careers and do the math their climb in weight is almost identical ; which leads me to my final point......The Chocolatito detractors are reduced to looking for single occurrences and refusing to consider the complete history of RG when comparing him to other P4P candidates namely Ward and Kovalev BECAUSE there you will find major gaps that stares you in the face : such as Wards inactivity and the fact that Kovalev just started to face elite competition three years ago.....so it makes sense that I read a comment like '' Froch is a better win than anything in RG resume therefore Ward is better '' or some other clown in another thread talking about '' tell me whats RG best win since 2012?'' ect....but they cant tell me who was Kovalev fighting in 2007-2008-2009 etc.
