Well GGG can get Khazisthan TV rights. This weak fight with Smith is gonna do better than 150K PPV. Canelo has the pick of the litter from 147-160. What does GGG bring to the table?

GGG may get screwed by Canelo, but if he wins (which i think he will) he could make a sh-tload in the end, especially considering how big he is in Europe.

Floyd got screwed by ODH and in the end made more in 1 night then Tyson made his whole career.

Does PPV upsdie really matter if in 2-3 years he makes $50-75 mil for a fight?

i'd like to see Canelo get robbed in Texas

It's give and take. We know GGG and his team want the high profile win to help him crossover into the mainstream. Boxing fans want to see him in with a top opponent. Canelo gives him the opportunity to get that signature, career defining win and the chance to go mainstream.

He takes less, kills Canelo, and then gets more down the road. what is so wrong with that?
EXACTLY!!! Take the BIGGEST fight of your CAREER and fight in front of MILLIONS of fans! And then Knocm Canelo the F-out!!! Then the FAME and serious $$$$ will come.

Wouldn't surprise me? Heck I thought Frampton had almost the same odds of beating Leo.

He brings Canelos balls to the table. Canelo lost them after calling GGG into the ring, running his mouth, then handing over the belt

stop what? An inference was made that because Saunders DID in fact duck by not accepting (or even countering) a reasonable offer (flat-fee plus likely $$$ from UK ppv), that magically somehow means that GGG should accept a flat-fee deal for a superfight with Canelo, likely the biggest fight that can be made in the sport for the next few years?

Not every fighter is a ********** willing to bend over and gratefully accept a garbage deal and say thanks massa. If I were representing GGG, I wouldnt even entertain a flat-fee offer for a Canelo fight unless it was 8 figures, and even then the rematch language had better be in his favor after he ghouls ginger.......

The 2 things arent even remotely the same.

                  You know better............

A fight with Thurman would be HUGE! Same with Spence Jr. In a year or two. And both weight around 167 fight night. Everyone from 147-160 wants to fight Canelo.

big deal, there are no big superfights there.

tell me ONE fight (besides maybe a Cotto rematch) that would generate as many buys as Canelo-GGG.

                      just one......
