Terry stop this. Of course the economics are different. As I said to Mak I may despise ODH, but he doesn't have to give GGG everything he wants to make the fight happen.

It's give and take. We know GGG and his team want the high profile win to help him crossover into the mainstream. Boxing fans want to see him in with a top opponent. Canelo gives him the opportunity to get that signature, career defining win and the chance to go mainstream.

He takes less, kills Canelo, and then gets more down the road. what is so wrong with that?

Oscar is the king of the hypocrites, you didn't like Mayweather but gave him a split...now when you want to give the impression you are trying to make a fight we all know you don't want to make and have no plans on making you want to play it up like you are being generous. On what planet did anyone reasonable human think Golovkin was going to get a split? Maybe a 70-30, 80-20 split AT BEST. But if he's offered 5-10 million dollars to fight Canelo and he doesn't do it, he's a ****ing idiot. Straight up. It will take him 3 years to make up for the lost profits.
