    SIGHHHHHHH. GIVE UP.

WADA confirmed that under the 2015 World Anti-Doping Code and the International Standard for The****utic Use Exemptions (ISTUE), a retroactive TUE can be granted for an IV drip to combat dehydration.

LMAOOOOOOOOO. NOW YOU ARE JUMPING TO SOMETHING ELSE? YOU'RE AN EMBARRASSMENT.

        To answer your questions:

        1. How many tests did Armstrong pass?
Not as many as he tried to claim.

        2. How many did he pass using an IV.
Not sure. I do know that when he used an IV, he used it to manipulate his BLOOD and there was no test for EPO for the majority of the time that he used this method. When the test was developed, his samples FAILED.

        3. Is it used to mask LED's? LMAO.
I ASSUME YOU THROW A BLANKET OVER AN LED TO MASK IT. LMAOOOOO

When an IV infusion is administered to an athlete, the following criteria should be fulfilled:
          1. A clearly defined diagnosis.
          2. Supportive evidence that no permitted alternative treatment can be
          used.
          3. The treatment has been ordered by a physician and administered by
qualified medical personnel in an appropriate medical setting. 4. Adequate medical records of the treatment.----------------------explain how floyd fulfilled this criteria

I'm sure it was clearly defined being that 3 independent doctors familiar with WADA protocol approved of it.

Being that 3 independent doctors on the The****utic Use Exemption committee who had no knowledge of Floyd applying for the TUE approved the application...yep, seems it follows that they thought it was fine.

Do you want me to travel time and find out who ordered it? It was apparently administered by a paramedic. The setting must have been one that the paramedic found suitable since it was done with no problem. We already know that it need not be a hospital.

Being that there was an entire application that was sent to the TUEC, and also sent to WADA, it would follow that medical records were taken.

Now when are you going to answer my question?

How did he use PED's when the urine sample passed WADA testing, and was not diluted based on both the DCO's specific gravity test and the independent lab's specific gravity test that followed.

Still waiting. Can you answer or not?

Is a paramedic a doctor, NO, so that hasn't met criteria, by floyds own admission, it was only that his urine was darker than normal, no emergency so drinking water was the option to take, criteria wasn't met

Are you aware of whether a physician was present or not? Yes or no?

Did it have to be an emergency? yes or no?

                    Stop ducking my question, punkass.
How did he abuse PED's when his urine was tested and found to be negative, while his urine was also found to not be diluted by both the DCO and the WADA lab.
