Use common sense for a moment. Have you ever seen any articles written about the VIDEO of the sparring? Have you seen any sites posting the VIDEO? Have you seen any YouTube boxing channel talking about the VIDEO? This is the biggest fight in boxing. You said you saw the video six months ago. The other poster said they saw the video last year. Yet NOBODY IN BOXING HAS POSTED THE VIDEO ON THEIR SITE OR EVEN WRITTEN AN ARTICLE ABOUT THE VIDEO???? You're telling me they're was a video of Canelo vs GGG sparring posted on YouTube in March of this year and nobody mentioned it? You gotta use an ounce of common sense. Just a little bit

The same shots couldn't put a dent in Canelo except for one left hook late in the fight.

I understand GGG is the favorite and rightfully so.
fair enough, i genuinely hope brook gives a good show of himself and i want it to be a good competitive fight , but its a tough, tough ask for him to pull this off.

Oh course it is but beating a P4P fighter should be.

i hadnt heard of a video but they invited journalists to the spar. dougie fisher wrote about it and reported that golovkin wobbled canelo even with headguards on, and although it wasnt a complete beatdown it was pretty one sided from what ive read about it. Apparantly canelo landed the best shot he could on golovkin and he didnt even flinch.

Exactly! If a video does exist it's in Sanchez or Chepo's possession. That video would be as valuable as the video of the first Boone vs Kovalev fight

                • Canelo is not scared...? Lol Canelo is scared and so is Golden Boy. If Canelo really wanted to fight GGG, he would demand that fight and Golden Boy would have to deliver.

I still have a copy of the video. GGG indeed had him hurt: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZEVcD3oGvZY

yeah just had a quick search and couldnt find anything, did find another account of the sparring, one of the boxers who was at the camp said golovkin hurt him bad twice, once to the head and once to the body, which i think golovkin was saying about today. To be fair canelo was only 21 but that kind of thing sticks in the memory.
