Floyd and his fans were crying when Weeks (ref) called the first Maidana fight. In that fight, Floyd removed Maidana's gloves remember. All was OK by Floyd and his fans but once got hit like he did in that fight, it was "Week's was to blame". If the Vegas judges called that one better, they would have given Maidana at least a draw or perhaps a win. Again, Floyd fans would have made it about the ref, right?

But as you saw, Floyd took care of the Weeks issue for the Maidana II fight. Still no preferred gloves for Maidana plus Floyd had them put Kenny STOP STOP Bayless and of course, Dave Moretti judging AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! Just crazy stuff when you really think about it!

So now Floyd controls who is the referee? You are desperate.

This is a moot point since NO ONE IN THE BOXING WORLD (outside of Holyfield) BELIEVED PAC WON THE FIGHT.

- You said the UCI was too lenient with Lance Armstrong and other athletes and that was wrong. Its against the rules not to let the UCI know about your supposed medical conditions in advance. UCI was not notified verbally nor in writing.
- You used the NSAC's leniency with Floyd and other athletes as your excuse instead of saying that it was wrong that Floyd didn't let NSAC know about Floyd's medical condition. You didn't say that its against the rules when not letting the NSAC know about your supposed medical conditions in advance. NSAC was not notified verbally and nor in writing.

Even when there was to be an investigation, you blamed Manny instead of the NSAC!!! Too funny!!!


TUEC: I explained to you that the TUEC is established by USADA. So they are not as independent as you are making it out to be.

WADA: I explained it to you that it is optional for them to review the RETRO TUE.
I explained it to you that all WADA would have are documents that can be a well planned cover up BS.
I also told you that WADA does not have a magic wand when looking at documents.
I also pointed out that they too realize that they have weaknesses in their testing program.
I also pointed out that WADA was criticized for not investigating other scandals until there was added pressure from the outside. Even then, they were criticized on how they handled it.



Those 3 things (Urine, Blood, exercise) contributed to his dehydration: About a week ago you said that anyone who believed that those were the 3 reasons for the dehydration/IV are ******. Now you are saying that its believable! Whoaaa!



RETRO TUE: If you read WADA committee report, then you know that NADO such as USADA are indeed handing out TUEs like candy to certain athletes.

"Retroactive TUEs should be permitted only for gluco-corticosteroids and asthma medications and may be reported as negative only with the written approval of WADA."


Some NADOs have gone and said the same:
UKAD: Only in emergency situations (such as an allergic reaction, exacerbation of asthma, or the onset of Bell's palsy) should treatment begin without the necessary approval."

USADA: Told other athletes to no longer use an IV even if they lose 20+lbs. For Floyd, there are other rules. Even if Floyd's weight is rock solid for 30 days and has made the weight EASILY for a decade, it acceptable!

- Other teams enter the ring even after the bell, DQ.

- Floyd hits and knocks down Gatti while the ref calls for no more punching. No problem. No point deduction and is awarded a knock down.
- Castillo who is Spanish speaking swings and I believe even misses Floyd while the ref calls for a break. Point deduction.

Give up. UCI is accused of blatantly helping Lance cheat with PROOF. I've also explained that the only reason NSAC was on Manny is because he tried to place blame on them and they felt a need to defend themselves. I also explained they have NEVER diagnosed a fighter with dehydration. Either they are incapable of diagnosing it, they don't look for it, or they don't care to note it.

The TUEC would have to be paid off. That's at least 3 doctors that would have to put their necks on the line. You still can't explain why USADA would involve these doctors when if they wanted to help Floyd cheat, there would be an easier way.

WADA has the documents and you can't explain why USADA would involve WADA to further a risk of being caught.

I said if you believe that they mean the main reason for his dehydration is urinating and giving blood, then you are ******, or something to that effect. It's obvious to any rational person that it was mentioned not as a main factor, but as a contributing factor. When you do this, it shows your desperation and it's sad.
